How we work

From first conversation to completed service.

A consistent process helps clients understand what happens at each stage, what information is needed, and how scope changes are handled.

01

Opportunity intake

We collect the client contact, property or project address, service requirements, square footage, bid deadline, schedule, and relevant documents.

02

Scope and document review

We review plans, specifications, area schedules, finish types, access constraints, site rules, phasing, and acceptance criteria. Missing information is identified for clarification.

03

Site walkthrough and clarification

When needed, we coordinate a site visit to validate site conditions, access, quantities, logistics, utilities, work hours, and interfaces with other trades or building operations.

04

Estimate and written proposal

The proposal should identify included work, exclusions, assumptions, pricing structure, schedule, payment terms, validity period, and any alternates or unit rates.

05

Contract and pre-mobilization

Confirm authorization, insurance and vendor requirements, site orientation, safety rules, access credentials, points of contact, and mobilization date.

06

Service execution

Work is performed against the approved scope and schedule. Changes, site constraints, delays, and additional requests are documented and authorized before proceeding.

07

Inspection and closeout

Complete the agreed inspection checklist, document open items, perform authorized touch-ups, and confirm closeout or recurring service handoff.

08

Billing and account review

Submit invoices and supporting records according to contract terms, resolve billing questions, and review recurring service performance with the client.

No work should be treated as awarded solely because a website form was submitted. A written proposal, approved scope, contract or purchase order, and confirmed schedule are required.
